Toward greater operational efficiency for healthcare providers and better patient experience

The healthcare and long-term care environment is becoming increasingly complex each year. With the expansion of medical demand driven by an aging population, the rise in chronic diseases, and shortages of healthcare professionals, the sustainability of healthcare delivery systems is being called into question. To continue providing high-quality care with limited personnel and resources, it is essential to achieve both higher productivity for healthcare providers through digital transformation and greater convenience for patients and individuals.

Healthcare providers are facing growing operational burdens due to workforce shortages and delays in digitalization, often resulting in long working hours caused by declining productivity. These challenges not only affect daily operations but also reduce the time healthcare professionals can devote to patient care—the core of their role—and have broader implications for organizational management, including the optimization of operations and the promotion of multidisciplinary collaboration.

On September 1, 2025, we launched MEDLEY AI CLOUD, a next-generation medical platform that digitally connects medical institutions with applications for patients and individuals. Guided by five brand promises—better patient experience, AI utilization, safety and security, open integration, and affordability—MEDLEY AI CLOUD aims to improve operational efficiency in clinical settings while enhancing the overall patient experience.

Furthermore, through integration with @link, which holds a 35%* share in the obstetrics and gynecology domain, we are building a system that supports individuals continuously from the moment a child is born throughout their lives.
