To Candidates

Medley aims to realize sustainable healthcare—continuously delivering high-quality care to those who need it—and healthcare that patients, individuals, and their families can trust, through technology-driven businesses and projects.

Healthcare challenges often involve matters of life and livelihood. To address these challenges, Medley has consistently sought to become an organization capable of delivering greater value to more people, more quickly. Along the way, a diverse range of products have joined the Medley Group through M&A, and open innovation initiatives have expanded collaboration beyond organizational boundaries. Together with partners inside and outside the company, Medley continues to take on healthcare challenges as one team.

While Medley has refined its businesses with a focus on solving the essential needs of customers, patients, and individuals, no single product has yet fully realized both sustainable healthcare and healthcare people can trust.

Because these challenges are inherently difficult, Medley seeks to build an organization where experts from around the world come together and perform at their best through collaboration. By combining diverse strengths, Medley aims to create products that truly address fundamental needs and are built around thoughtful patient and user experiences—products that shape the future of healthcare.

Transforming the healthcare industry—where diverse stakeholders and complex regulations coexist—is not easy. Precisely because of this complexity, it is a challenge worth pursuing. Medley is looking for people who want to take on this challenge and shape the future of healthcare together.

Employee Programs & Support

At Medley, we have established people systems and benefits designed to maximize employee growth and performance in pursuit of our mission to shape the future of healthcare.

Fair, Role- and Performance-Based Compensation

Medley's compensation framework is built on Job Size, a system that evaluates the relative scope, impact, and responsibility of each role. This approach enables fair and competitive compensation not only through headcount or tenure, but by appropriately recognizing deep expertise, contribution, and accountability.

Medley Benefit Program

To sustain high levels of productivity and output over the long term, Medley prioritizes employees' physical and mental well-being, as well as overall quality of life. Our benefit programs are designed to support both focused work and personal time, creating conditions where people can consistently perform at their best.
We provide a comprehensive range of health, childcare, and caregiving support so employees can continue their careers with confidence, regardless of life stage or family responsibilities.

In addition to in-house occupational physicians and public health nurses, we provide access to external consultation services, including a Doctor Support Desk and Counseling Desk. Employees can easily seek advice from medical and mental health professionals—such as physicians, nurses, and certified clinical psychologists—on physical and mental health, as well as childcare and caregiving.
